About the workshop

Built by hand, one slab at a time

Kaemonwoodworks is a small, custom woodworking shop specializing in epoxy river tables, live-edge serving boards, cutting boards, and coasters.

The short version

Real wood, real grain, no shortcuts

Every piece starts with a slab, not a template. Cracks, knots, and live edges aren't sanded away — they're planned around and highlighted, usually with a poured resin river that follows the wood's natural lines instead of fighting them.

From there, each board or table is shaped, sanded through multiple grits, and finished with a food-safe topcoat that's built to handle daily use in a real kitchen or dining room, not just sit on a shelf.

What guides the work

A few things we won't compromise on

Food-safe, always

Every board and table that touches food is finished with a food-safe topcoat, no exceptions.

One slab, one piece

No two boards are identical, because no two slabs of wood are identical. What you see is what you get.

Built for daily use

These are working pieces first — cutting boards that take an edge, tables that hold up to real life.

Custom orders
Have a specific slab, wood type, or color of resin in mind? Custom orders are the majority of what comes out of this shop — bring the idea, and we'll figure out the build together.
